He is a fourth among six siblings these are Liza Silvestre-Onding and Domingo Silvestre (from first husband of his mother) and Isidra Pacquiao-Paglinawan, Alberto "Bobby" Pacquiao and Rogelio Pacquiao.
He dropped out in school when it's in highschool because of poverty, but he graduated in elementary, but when he took exams on it at high school examination on 2007 he passed on it. And on 2009 Pacquiao got Honorary Degree of Doctor of Humanities (Honoris Causa).
